SHIPPING POLICY

To prioritize the well-being of our team, we are currently operating with a smaller distribution crew. This safety measure means that order processing and delivery timelines are extended beyond what you might typically expect. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this period.

Your Role in Getting an Accurate Cost

The final shipping charge for your order isn't a flat rate—it’s calculated based on where the package is headed and how many items you’re purchasing. The most reliable way to see your exact cost is to add everything you want to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you enter your mailing address, the shipping cost will automatically update and appear in your total before you finalize the purchase.

Where We Can Send Your Order

Our shipping reach is global, and we’re equipped to deliver to a variety of address types, including PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, a single order can only be dispatched to one destination. If you need items sent to different places, you’ll need to create a separate order for each address.

Your Responsibility: International Fees

For any package leaving the US, the shipment is sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means Shane Doherty does not handle or collect VAT, duties, or any other import taxes at the point of sale. When the package arrives in your country, any such charges imposed by local authorities are entirely your responsibility as the recipient. We suggest checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees, as these can sometimes also lead to delivery delays.

What We Cannot Control

Every delivery timeline we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee. The final handoff to the courier means that factors like severe weather, unexpected global events, or customs processing can introduce delays. While rare, customs holds are a specific example of a situation that is completely outside our influence. We ask for your patience in these instances.
